If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (with exceptions of promo code usage)
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- 10% restocking fee will be applied to any items incorrectly ordered by the customer
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to INFO@RHINOHITCH.COM
- Reference your order number in the subject line. List any items you wish to return or exchange and the date the items were received.
- Refunds will be sent within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the items at our facility
- Shipping costs accrued for returning any items incorrectly ordered are the responsibility of the customer. Rhino Hitch may charge this amount to your previous order or deduct it from the refund amount.
- Items damaged during the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Costs of the damage will be determined upon the inspection of the returned items and the value will be deducted from the refund amount
